When someone you refer becomes a VIAS surrogate and reaches the milestones below, you’ll receive a total referral bonus of $4,000.
After your referred surrogate successfully completes medical clearance.
After her Gestational Carrier Agreement is completed.
Tell us who you’re referring and the best way to reach her. Please make sure she knows you’re sharing her information with VIAS.
Our team will explain the program, answer her questions, and guide her through qualification and screening.
If she qualifies and chooses to continue, we’ll guide her through medical review, matching, and the legal process.
Your referral bonus is paid in two installments as she reaches the qualifying milestones.
You don’t need to decide whether someone qualifies. That’s our job. These are simply some of the basics we look for.

The referred candidate must be new to VIAS Family Building and not already active in our database or application process. A referral does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
The $4,000 referral bonus is paid in two installments: $2,000 after medical clearance and $2,000 after completion of the Gestational Carrier Agreement.
Referral bonus amounts and program terms are subject to change. The applicable referral bonus will be based on the program in effect when the referred candidate first submits her information to VIAS.
