The agency fee covers the work of finding, screening, matching, and coordinating the journey. It does not replace the separate payments made through escrow or directly to outside providers.

Before a candidate is presented, Vias coordinates the pre-match review process and keeps the relevant information organized for intended parent review.

Intake and program orientation

We help intended parents understand the Vias process, readiness questions, expectations, and what needs to be in place before moving toward a match.

Gestational carrier matching coordination

Vias coordinates the match process and helps evaluate compatibility around goals, timing, clinic requirements, insurance, communication, and legal fit.

Clinic, legal, escrow, and insurance coordination
